%Body Fat

I came down from 15 to 10 percent (female) in two months. I did by swimming 500m every morning, doing 60-120 minutes on the stairmaster every night, and eatting between 500-1000 calories a day (carbs: fruits and vegetables only, some nuts, egg whites, no meat). however, i had insomnia from iron deficiency (i would sleep at 12 and beat my 6am alarm clock by oh two hours), vitamin c deficiency (bursting red blood veins) and i was later diagnosed for an eating disorder. im not saying my way was good or bad. just being honest about what happened. as far as the ED goes, i also have a mother who was bulimic in high school and a history (i had a bout of this about 8 years ago) so its not necessarily that working out causes eating disorders. I dunno just teling you what worked for me.

very basically, you could do lifting and cardio on alternating days. you could split your workouts by push/pull or upper body/lower body or full body or any number of ways.

cardio, you have the choice of either low intensity or high intensity. low intensity is something to the effect of walking on a treadmill at a steady rate for an extended peroid of time. high intensity is mixing intervals of low and high intensity work for a shorter peroid of time.

and of course diet is key. do you have anything in place now or are you starting from scratch?

it was on a website. It was like how much do you weigh, your waist size and divide this and that and add this and divide that...

lol, i dont know if "losing 10% body fat" and "quickly" can be put in the same statement

And i'm not sure but i dont know how a website could calculate ur bodyfat beyond a completely average individuals body form. Too many factors like the weight of muscle, broad boned, and unequal fat distribution through out the body would throw that off i think....

Last time i had my bodyfat measured it involved clamping and measuring (a pinch of flesh) about 15 different points over my body, then factoring in height/weight etc.....

Im no expert, i could be wrong....

But if u do wanna lose weight its all about intense regular cardio, diet, and maybe some weights for toning, but i think some1 already mentioned that....
