body fat testing on the net

Can u accurately test ur body fat % by those web sites u find?, like for a male they say to measure ur waist, my waist is 28 inches and i weigh 105, they say my body fat is 12%, is that really accurate?

Oh yeah, and how do u attach pictures? lol :p

Even the more advanced tests using BIA, UWW, skin folding devices (calipers), etc. aren't completely accurate all the time.

Military Tape measurement factors are abdominal at the navel, neck and height.

It wasn't designed to be accurate. Its a rough estimate.
