Body Fat Percentage Question

Can somebody tell me how to convert body fat percentage to pounds, please. For example, I am currently at 12% and would like to know how many pounds are in 12% body fat. I apologise if I am confusing you.

Let's see. If my Stoichiometry in chemistry serves me right...should be something like...

bf%/100*weight

Easier way would be to turn it into a decimal (you should be able to do this w/o dividing by 100  )....

Body Weight * .12 = Fat Body Mass

Body Weight - Fat Body Mass = Lean Body Mass

Good point. I'm just usued to using the /100 in my stoichiometry though, need to show it on paper. :p
