So I went in and had a meeting with our trainer at our athletic center in town today and got my body composition tested you know measure waist, etc and take fat measurements from 7 points on the body and it turns out my results weeeeeeeeeeeeere
And I'm not totally sure what the numbers mean...
Chest - 19
Abdominal - 42 (This is what throws my body fat % outta whack)
Suprailium - 21
Thigh - 24
Subscapular - 16
Tricep - 24
Midaxillary - 19
Total Body fat % - 21.16%
Now my question is for one of you experts out there....
Why is my abdominal double the fat of everywhere else on my body...?
A doctor told me that everyone loses fat differently and that my stomach might be the last place I will lose my fat.
My question is...can those callipers tell the difference between what body fat is and what loose skin is?
I really hope so I think I'd rather lose more fat than known I have to go through surgery XD
