body composition results.

I Just would like to ask peoples opinion about by body composition results.



Its show:

BMI 31.7
Body Fat 30.0%
Body Muscle 66.1%
Body Water 50.6%

Does it show everything is being OK? Do i have to spend allot of hours at the gym?
 
Looking at your Body, A healthy male should have around 10 to 15% and then Women should not go above 25%. This means you have to work to bring it to those levels. I suggest you manage what you eat and have some sort of exercise. It’s fun to run, walk and bike and I would suggest you do that. They become hobbies once you get into the hook.
