Body Attack classes

Hi everyone,
I wasnt sure where to put this but I am going to go to my first Les Mills Body Attack class in the morning and was wondering what to expect. I currently do Body Combat about 3 times per week but thought I would try something different..

Can anyone help? Thx.
 
I like them more than Body Combat. Listen and watch for correct form and you should find it to be a great cardio workout. Expect to sweat more than Combat that's for sure.

If it wasn't for the camp Hi-NRG muzak they'd be perfect.
