i really not sure if this is the right section to discuss it or not so if its not i apology in advance.
i have a theory abt the loose skin - as yall know its everyone's nightmare if u headed for a 100+ pounds ( 116 ) like in my case.
anyway i have a theory that if u lose ur weight slowly specially eating enough calories to cover ur BMR - ( 6-9 months ) weight loss journey.
its hardly gonna result in a loose skin.
specially that the skin have enough time to shrink back since we wont be losing more than 1 kilogram max per week.
wat do u guys think?
