although im still in my 1st weeks in my journey im still adventuring and calculating my body and how it lose weight and how much it can in a weekly basis healthy way.
i got a really important question that prolly gonna change my journey for the better if i can find its answer plz help.
so...
age : 27 - male - current weight : 271.7 lbs - 124.9 kg
height : 168 cm / 5'6 inch
BMR : 2400
maintenance : 2900
my plan is for this coming week :
calories intake : 1800
exercise calories burnt per day : 300-600 calories
my questions :
1- is wat im doing is healthy ?
2- will that affect my BMR knowing its 2400 and im taking 1800 daily
3- shod the calories burnt in exercise counted also in calories intake or its shod be counted as a bonus?
4- wats the minimum BMR anyone can down under ?
P.S : its been like 5 weeks and i didnt lose much sorry to be whiner i only want to lose a 1-2 pounds weekly and it doesnt function well im still trying to figure my body's mechanism
