BMR and Strength Training Questions Part 2

Hi guys,

I am creating a new one because I realized how poorly words were choosen to describe what I am asking for. Please read the first one of the same title few threads below if you're new to my questions.

Basically, I want to maintain a thin layer of fat over my muscles as I get bigger so that I do not max out my muscle potential in such a way that so that I can avoid being on the strong, skinny muscular guy side (Like Stallone was) and go for Christian Bale or the Russian guy in Rocky 3. Therefore, I want to buff up and stick with being on large lean guy like they were. Therefore, being at 155 pounds (I was 179 five months ago, but that were mostly fat, especially in belly, along I lost a bit of muscle, especially in my legs-I sure miss these strong legs :bncry: , I wanted to know how much I can eat to do so, eight 6-8 times a day and advice on carbs and fat. I realize what i am asking about is not specific at this point but any advice would be welcome. Hopefully I am now clear on what I was talking about when I said I wanted some fat on me. Refer to my previous thread to answer my questions.
