I'm new here and have been lurking for a couple weeks taking it all in as I push forward! Lots of interesting and helpful information! I have a question that I did not see addressed. I've calculated my BMR and used the Harris Benedict Formula to determine my recomended calorie intake (my goal is to drop 2 lbs a week through exercise and calorie deficient). I'm not obsessive over being 100% precise calorie counting but I track everything through Fit Day to a reasonable accuracy to meet my goals.
