Hello!
I have been reading posts from this forum for 2 weeks and have found the posts to be very encouraging and informative. I have never posted on forums before but am doing so today because at halfway through my weight loss journey, I just found out that the BMI range of healthy weight for asians is a mere 22.9 upper limit (I am asian). This means that instead of the 1 kg loss I thought I needed to reach the BMI of 25, I have another 6 whole kgs to lose to reach a healthy BMI for Asians!
I thought I'd add a post today to give myself a boost and hopefully will be more motivated to stick to my weight loss program. Cheers and thanks for reading this post!
