This is my first entry - I just joined this forum yesterday... I lost 33 pounds between January and the beginning of April but have maintained that number since by days of being good with days of being bad.... just trying to get a long run going again and hope to lose another 25-30 by the beginning of July when I have a trip to Boston - so hope to keep up with the progress in this journal - hopefully every day...

Today went well - ate Turkey sandwich for lunch with a little bit of baked lays.... for dinner had grilled chicken with a some noodles and green peas and toast - all good as far as calories and fat content.... I always use skim milk and fat free margarine or Molly McButter in cooking and all....

I had a good amount of water - over 100 oz. - and most importantly got in a good strong walk - so pretty good overall day... ok time for bed and The Daily show....

Hey, welcome!

30lbs is piles, you have certainly proven that you can do it!

Keep up the good work and you'll reap the rewards!

Look forward to reading your diary,

Leslee

Had a pretty good day today - had a slimfast for lunch because I didn't have time to grab anything else....

For dinner went to Longhorn's - had some steak - probably more than I should have - also had a baked potato and a little bit of bread...

Got my walking in and drank tons of water and didn't have any beers event hough it was Friday!

Good day again today....

Had a ham sub from Larry's Subs - one of my favorite places that is also healthy - along with with some baked lay's....

Dinner was Grilled salmon with some oven fries (weight watchers recipe) and green peas...

did have a sugar free low fat ice cream bar but that was the closest thing I did to being bad.....

got my walk in as well - need to get the nordicflex going again to add in with the cardio beginning next week.....

Happy Mother's Day to all moms if you read this!

A very good day and more importantly a very good weekend which is where I usually screw up - went and hung out with some friends for a bit yeterday but stuck to water - actually ended up drinking a whole pitcher of it while I was with them......

today went pretty well although I do want to limit the amount of beef I take in and try to stick with fish chicken and pork.... mom cooked roast beef for mother's day and had that with a little rice and green peas... other than that just eggs and low fat bacon and toast - lots of water and got a good walk in which I did not feel like doing with it being Sunday and sports on and such....

Now just have to get ready for the big Survivor final and enjoy a few huge cups of water.... have to catch Sopranos later this week....

well didnt do so good the last few days - not horrible but did have some beers after work which led to some bad eating decisions and no exercise....

did weigh in today and was down three pounds from last Wed. so can't complain but would have loved to see the scale if I had done well the past few days - hoping for a good week and especially weekend - have a few parties for my nephew's birthday so will have to avoid the beers and the cake - actually avoiding the sweets is usually pretty easy.....

You have got this in the palm of your hand. Keep it up!!! I have a BIG WEEKNES when it comes to beer and liquor:D I could never pass up a drink. Just the past two nights I done made me some mixed drinks. But you have come this far. And you know what will work and what wont.

Congrats on the 3 pounds*clapping* just take it slow and drink your WATER

keep up the good work.... i was born and bred in Savannah.....

edited to add.... I'm assuming that's where you live....

I don't know if Larry's Giant Subs is a regional/national chain or if it's just in Sav'h
