It's time to reward ourselves for all the exercise we've been doing. This week, you'll get 5pts for every 30 min of exercise you do beyond 180min. 300 min/20pt max.

I like this one and glad its this week i start my new job on monday so this will help me get into a routine of going the gym from work

Brilliant, this sounds like my kind of challenge!

RAH-- routine is so important, isn't it? they sai it takes 21 days to develop a habit, so only three weeks of going to the gym for, say, three days weekly, and you'll be habituated! Woohoo!

I was wondering, what do you girls count as 'exercise' in relation to challenge points?
Of course gym/runs/swims etc count, but how about a daily walk to work or housework? Although it technically IS exercise, I don't count it, as it's as much part of my daily routine as brushing my teeth or cooking dinner--and I don't count calories expended in these activities, if you understand me??

I'm excited about next week, my yoga +spinning classes are starting back and I've just joined a running club so I'll be sweating up a storm! Haha, good luck gals!

MyOwnNBF There is walking and there is walking.......

There is little doubt that my walking counts as exercise.

I have however walked over 168 miles since the start of this challenge on 4th January.

I also do exercise classes too - but that is another story.
 
Actually, I need to clarify the pts for the bonus. You still can get a max of 24pts for exercise as usual for up to 300 minutes. In addition, if you exercise for more than 180 minutes, you'll get 5pts for every 30 min on top of the 24pts. So the max pts for the week with exercise and the bonus is 44pts. 24pts for exercise, and 20pts for the bonus. The max exercise minutes you can get pts for is still 300 minutes.

So when you update your stats, you don't need to put anything down for the bonus. I'll just take your exercise minutes and add on the extra bonus pts. Less work for you. :)
