Brilliant, this sounds like my kind of challenge!
RAH-- routine is so important, isn't it? they sai it takes 21 days to develop a habit, so only three weeks of going to the gym for, say, three days weekly, and you'll be habituated! Woohoo!
I was wondering, what do you girls count as 'exercise' in relation to challenge points?
Of course gym/runs/swims etc count, but how about a daily walk to work or housework? Although it technically IS exercise, I don't count it, as it's as much part of my daily routine as brushing my teeth or cooking dinner--and I don't count calories expended in these activities, if you understand me??
I'm excited about next week, my yoga +spinning classes are starting back and I've just joined a running club so I'll be sweating up a storm! Haha, good luck gals!
