Sport Bloating

Sport Fitness
I started a new cutting diet and i drink the recommended amount of water but my stomach feels bloated. I am a bit behind on vegetable and fruits so far..could that be the reason?..I am TRYING my best to eat more protein than carbs right now. I have no stress. My sleeping pattern has changed a bit though and i only get around 5 hours a sleep now.

good luck

I think the water is making u just feel more full than usual which is a good thing nothing to worry about. I would say step it up with the vegetables and the protein. If u have any extra time get that sleep in lol 5 hours is pretty damn short. Good luck though and give it TIMMMMEEEE? How long have u been cutting for any way

5 hours isn't that much sleep. I feel bloated if I don't get enough sleep. Is there anyway you could get a full 8 hours?

word

some people can't fall asleep at night because they still have so much energy and have not used much throughout the day so they have some left over. When most of your energy is spent trust me its easy to fall asleep

the problem is I might have gone insomniac or something. I lay on my bed but just cannot sleep.

Is this a recent occurrence? Are close to bedtime are you training? How long before sleep is your last meal?

Few check points..

-not eating to under on your calories
-not overtraining and allowing proper recover to occur
-Cleaner food sometimes comes with more food, chew well, eat slow, and allow for proper course of digestion
-Don't get your water in all at once, span over the course of the day just as you would food.
-Even if you can't sleep, shut your eyes and lay peacefully with deep breathing, this will not only help you to relax to fall asleep but will slow your heart rate and allow for repair to occur better even at rest.
