Bloated Stomach

Recently my stomach has been bloating after I eat. I had been trying to lose weight and was only eating around 800 calories a day, which is WAY to little. Now I'm eating around 1800 calories a day, but whenever I eat something, my stomach bulges out really far. Is there any way to stop this? Oh, buy the way, I'm 13, 90 pounds, 5'3, and am on the South Beach diet with my family. I've been running for six months, recently joined the local cross country team, and do somewhere around 600 crunches a day. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

90 pounds 5.3 lol? you want too lose more weight?
 
Stop doing 600 crunches a day too. you wont be recovering. Hit a day miss a day with them. You cant spot reduce fat so they wont get rid of fat on your stomach. I dont know the south beach diet so i cant help with that.
 
You're 90 pounds and doing 600 crunches a day? Sounds like you may have a problem with the way you view your body. Sorry, just trying to be honest. Unless you meant to write 190? Please confirm what you wrote so that the people on this forum can give you advice that applies.

You must be extremely thin. Whats the south beach diet anyone?

The South Beach Diet is comparable to atkins except not as extreme. I think it eliminates carbs when you start it but you get to add good carbs back into your diet. I believe you also have to rely on buying their prepackaged diet foods.

bro dont worry PUBERTY just be healthy and gain some weight and for the bloating dont eat fatty stuff and try to have instead of big meals small snacks thorughout the day
 
You are about to hit puberty so do not screw your only chance to grow up because of lack of nutrients in the body....get off the diet and eat right and
btw 600 crunches = pointless

Spot reducing is a myth like turning fat into muscle it can NOT happen so chill...
