Recently my stomach has been bloating after I eat. I had been trying to lose weight and was only eating around 800 calories a day, which is WAY to little. Now I'm eating around 1800 calories a day, but whenever I eat something, my stomach bulges out really far. Is there any way to stop this? Oh, buy the way, I'm 13, 90 pounds, 5'3, and am on the South Beach diet with my family. I've been running for six months, recently joined the local cross country team, and do somewhere around 600 crunches a day. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
