Is this a good idea?
Mainly because I need to somehow consume 400 calories, 10 g protein, 40 g carbs, 14g fat in about 2 minutes.
The life of a highschool student. I want to keep an equilibrium between my meal times, so I thought to this nifty way to eat everything in about 1/10 the time....DRINK it!
Could this be a hazard for a snack? Can the blended foods somehow get super powers that make them high in saturated fats if they like..blend together with others?
