Bit confused.....

Well,first I need to introduce myself:biggrinjester:

My name is Michael and I am 20 years old.I live in a small country called Croatia(ex Yugoslavia) and I also have weight problems.:biggrinjester:

I started a diet about two months ago and lost almost 18 lbs,not much but a very good start.

When I started I had 215 lbs and now I have 197 lbs and my goal is to reach 160-165 lbs till summer(I have six months for 35 lbs) and I am pretty sure that I can do it without any problems but one thing is bothering me,how to lose that extra skin on my stomach?Will it get normal with extra weight loss or...?
Any good exercises or products to tighten it?

Any advice is welcome.

P.S.I saw many people here losing more than 50 lbs,did they(you) had any problems with the extra flabby skin on the stomach?

Hi,

I don't think you'll have any trouble. You're easily young enough that the skin should contract with a little time. I lose about 35lbs, when I was 36, so you shouldn't have any problems at 20. However, I did exercise in some fashion everyday, so I would make sure you workout in some fashion too. Good luck!
 
Thanks for the answer,I also thought that I shouldn't have any problems because I am young enough.Time to exercise and lose some weight...:driving:
