Biscuits used to be my biggest downfall, i could easily polish off a packet with a cup of tea or coffee.
Ive not had a biscuit or chocolate or sweets or crisps for 7 weeks. and then easter hit.
I ate far too many maltesers on sunday and just at 3 biscuits at work - there were in a nice box and i could resist!
Anway, what id like to know is what is the best thing to do when you have these 'little moments'
Do you carry on as if you never had them, go run around the block a dozen times or just adjust what you'd planned to eat for the rest of the day?
Also, im going out for a meal tonight (italian i think) so that will be extra kcals. how do people usually fit meals out into trying to tone and burn fat?
Finally im off out tmw night for my first big night out in ages. I dont usually drink a lot anyway and takeaways dont bother me much (I'll never forget the guys face when i ordered a houmous pitta bread at 3 am) but its all extravagances and it certainly breaks up the gym routine. Just as i started to get more hardcore i have a 3 day failure! Frustrating.
Thanks
Ben
