Hey,
I'm new here and I've been working on losing weight since January. Not really a resolution thing I just realized that in 5 months I will be turning 21 and I want to be healthy. So I started at 205 and am down to 190. I am very excited. This is the first time I've actually been able to stick with something for this long and the fact that I keep losing weight is really my only motivator. My boyfriend is a stick and he can eat anything but lately he has been making healthier food for me and calling me "skinny minnie" which is nice to hear that he is noticing.
My mom is also dieting so we talk alot on the phone about what we're doing and its really helped me keep in check. I think thats more helpful that anything else. The last time I tried to lose weight it didn't last because I had no one else to talk to. Which is also nice that I found this site. There aren't really alot of good helpful sites that I could find.
