I am currently at 185 pounds, by my birthday (November 20) I want to be at my previous weight of 150 pounds. I am currently using fitday.com to keep track of my fitness, food and weightloss goals, but I like to actually share them with other people. So I have to lose 2.38 pounds a week to make my goal, which for me is pretty strenuous. I just dont have a plan right now and I am muddling through .. day after day.
 
that's not exactly a healthy weight loss per week given your current weight...

it's going to make it even tougher if you don't have ap lan in place.

Spend some time reading the stickied threads in nutrition and exercise and ask questions - after reading - on what you don't understand.

Oh and there already is a birthday challenge thread...

the search function is a great tool on this forum
