Hi, I'm a newbie jumping in with a question - I know it can seem a bit rude so I apologise in advance!
I just put together my new exercise bike today. Very excited to get back into exercise after 7 years of chronic fatigue syndrome - wohoo!
Anyway, I'm a bit confused about what the calorie counter is telling me and was wondering if you could help me understand it.
It starts at 0.00kcal. After 10min moderate cycling I was up to 5.20. Now at the gym it would usually be around 100 calories. Does 5.20kcal really mean 5000 cal?? I think not. I think I'm being really dumb here but can't quite work it out. Maybe I can blame it on lingering brain fog! (CFS symptom)
Any tips???![Roll eyes  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
