Ok We Are Going To Start This For Fun! You Need The Biggest Loser Excercise Dvd And You Will Be Recording Inches Becasue We Will Be Going By Them So If Your Not Comfortable Posting Them Than I Wouldnt Join! This Way Nobody Gets Discouraged By The Scales Because We Will Be Gaining Muscle! I Am So Excited By This And I Almost Guarentee If You Get The Dvd And Stick With It You Will See Results! As Of Now I Will Post Competers And Update As You Inform Me! Feel Free To Start Your Own Challenge Thread If You Want To Do Somthing Else And Dont Have The Dvd I Just Think This Is A Motivation Help! We Came Up With It For Fun Because Some Of Us Have The Dvd! Hope Everyone Gets The Chance To Get The Dvd It Is 10 Or 11 Bucks At Wal Mart And You Can Get It And The Book Which Is A Good Deal Actually At Nbc.com So Hope You Can Get It And Get Signed Up We Will See How This Goes And May Have It Every 6 Weeks From Now On! We Will Get To Our Goals In No Time Like This Hehehehe:)

April Fools Day! That Way It Will Help You Guys In The Money Challenge Also To Stay On Track Hehehehe And We Are Giving Others Time To Get It But After That Its Probably Every 6 Weeks Hehehe (we Will Survive!!!!!!!!!!!)

Weeks 1&3 Alternate These Workouts 6 Days A Week
Warm Up
Low Intensity Cardio
Cool Down Stretch

Warm Up
Strength And Sculpt
Cool Down Stretch

It Makes Them 30 Minute Workouts


Weeks 2&4

Warm Up
High Intensity Cardio
Cool Down Stretch

Warm Up
Boot Camp
Cool Down Stretch

30 Minute Workouts

All I Seen That You Need Are Hand Weights And A Mat

Lol I Guess You Keep Alternating Like That For The Full 6 Weeks You Have It See What You Think Lmao That Is All It Said But You Can Make Your Own Routine So I Guess Maybe You Could Up Yours Cause By Then You Will Be Used To It And Could Do The Last Two With More Together Lol

I can't find this dvd anywhere.
Went to Best Buy.... they only had the Biggest Winner dvd's with Jillian.
And Walmart didn't have anything.
Bleh...
I'm still lookin for it, but it looks like I'm not gonna be able to participate.. not this time at least.

I am new to the forum and what brought me here is this challenge, I went out and got the DVD today, I tried the low impact cardio today and let me tell you I haven't built up a sweat like that in awhile.... this should be fun! Fill me in!!! How do I put a ticker on here?
 
I might swing over to Target to see if they have it heh. There's still some time left! :D

What sorta workouts are on the video anyway? Good for beginners?
 
yes it is good the people are not model looking they are the ones on biggest loser and he helps you do it easier and talks you through i think you will like it but it works ya lol hope ya find it would love to help ya!
