Ok Am Trying To Get An Idea Who Wants To Be In This It Will Be Fore 6 Weeks! You Need The Biggest Loser Dvd And I Will Tell You This Is Not About Pounds Althoug We Will Shed Them It Is About Inches So You Have To Be Comfortable Posting Your Inches Weekly! I Need You To Get Input On Who Has It Who Wants To Do This And When Would Be A Good Time To Start For Everyone! We Will Call The Winner The Biggest Shrinker Hehehe! I Will Try To Restart It Every 6 Weeks Cause That It Was The Program Is For! You Will Be Working With Bob And He Has The Winning Teems Lately Anyways So We Will All Win! So Start Posting:):):):):):):)

I'd love to join but I don't have the dvd. I want them though ever since I saw them advertized a while ago on tv... how much are they? Can you get them at like best buy or walmart?

Yes You Can Get Them At Walmart I Got Mine There They Are 10 Or 11 Bucks But You Can Buy The Book And The Dvd For 24 On Nbc.com I Am Giving Everyone A Chance To Get Theres So I Think We Will Start April Fools Day! How Does That Sound To Everyone? Its On A Saturday And We Will Go For 6 Weeks We Wont Go By Pounds I Can Post Them If Ya Want We Are Going By Inches! Because We Will Be Building Muscle And I Dont Want Anyone Discouraged By The Scales!
 
Posting inches is fine with me.
I think I need a little challenge like this to keep me motivated. And to know that I'm gonna have to come back and update my progress... I know I'll want to do better and will want to keep at it instead of giving up like I usually do.

Going grocery shopping on Monday so I will most definetly be looking for that dvd :)

Question about the dvd.... does it require you to have one of those exercise balls? The big ones... or well... does it require yout o have any sort of exercise equipment heh.

I have weights and a mat.. but if I'm gonna need a ball I need to find out so I can get one :)
 
Didn't get the video today but I still wanna do this! If I can't get back to a store during the week... I'll definetly get it on the weekend. :D
 
Sounds Good Girlfriend And I Dont Think You Need A Ball As Far As I Know I Havent Done A Fool Thing Of It Just Done The First But I May Try To Watch It Today All The Way Through After I Do My Workout!

Low Intensity Cardio
Cool Down Stretch

It Makes Them 30 Minute Workouts


Weeks 2&4

Warm Up
High Intensity Cardio
Cool Down Stretch

Warm Up
Boot Camp
Cool Down Stretch

30 Minute Workouts

All I Seen That You Need Are Hand Weights And A Mat
