I spend a lot of time on the internet, perhaps more than i should, and i tend to research lots of different diet plans. I love the show and though about trying the plan out. it's not much, i've spent more on otherwise crap products. anyone tell me what they think? should i see what it's all about?

love to be on the show 2 :)

In all seriousness - you do not need a plan... you need to commit to a lifestyle change and that involves eating your favorite things in moderation...

Read the stickied threads around the forum and you should get some good ideas...

The "plan" that we suggest around this forum -is the no crappy food diet... basically stay away from deep fried fast foods - or overly processed foods and keep within a reasonable calorie goal... and you'll get to where you want to be.

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail

Whoa, whoa, whoa. You don't just hop in the car without knowing where you want to go and you don't start a phyical transformation without a plan of action. While I agree you probably don't need a eat X,Y & Z plan you really need to know how often to eat, what kinds of food choices to make, how often to workout, the calorie range to consume and probably lots more questions for a beginner. The biggest loser plan is solid and recommends eating 5-6 small meals a day and getting some cardio daily. They also have some DVDs that provide a decent cardio workout (about 30 minutes, low impact). The information provided is pretty basic but it is accurate. For a more in dept look at proper diet and exercise I would check out the burn the fat program[/URL].
