bigger arms

hi
im 15 and looking to get bigger biceps. Can anyone give me some tips, workouts or a program that i can look at.

sure, you need to do a full body workout, not just your biceps or you'll end up with elbow problems.
 
Take a look at the Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" routine. This one is ideal for beginners:



As soon as you stop seeing results from that program (which should take a couple months or so), start on Bill Starr/Madcow 5x5 Intermediate program:
 
my tip for bigger biceps is more compound back exercises. pull ups, barbell rows , deadlifts, with a couple sets of curls (barbell, dumbbell...mix it up) at the end of the session.
 
The popular approach to this is with specific arm work. If that would help, everyone would have big arms. The fact that not everyone has big arms shows that what's popular is usually the least effective.

Yes. We got it the first time.

And you're wrong about that bench. Benching develops the triceps and pectorals, mostly.
