Hey guys! I’m new here...looking for support and advice in this new journey. I have started a new workout regimen and it has been successful so far. The biggest thing for me is holding myself accountable. I went to Target and bought a wall calendar and wrote my workout schedule on it so I can cross the days off as I complete my workouts. It is actually fun to see all of the days crossed off and I haven’t missed a workout yet. I’m three weeks in and here are my results so far! Best of luck!View attachment 26657View attachment 26659
 
seeing a change in the mirror and having clothes fit more comfortably are nice perks of weight loss. keep up the good work.
