Best workout with weights?

So I'm struggling to find the best workout with weights. I'm trying to lose weight and I would love to tone my ARMS, TUMMY, INNER THIGHS.

You know, the usual problem areas. Oh and make my bum nice and firm! hahaha!

spend some quality time reading the stickied threads in the exercise forum..
 
You aren't really going to have that toned look until your body fat is down. Can I ask your current weight?
 
Hi, the best workout with weights is to do full body movements that involve multiple joints. An example would be a squat and press, or a clean. Anything that moves the weight a good distance from the floor will give you an amazing workout and will cause your metabolism to sky rocket.
