First of all i would like to say that maintaining balance is very important. You are working hard excessively with your upper level. It would be good idea if you give attention to both your upper level and lower level of your body.

Now here are the answers of your three questions. Hope so you would get your answer you are looking for:
1. I think you should do your leg work out twice a week. You should do it at the very beginning of the week and at the end of every week. It would give you a proper balance.

2. Yes. It would be better since you would get lots of time to concentrate on other cardio

3. There are couples of calf exercise. But you may try this one: Just stand under the machine pads or bar with the balls of your feet on the calf block. Start with your heels low, approximately 2 to 4 inches below the block. This will offer the best stretch on your calves. Slowly raise yourself up on the balls of your feet as high as you’re able and contract your calf muscles as you reach the peak. Hold briefly and lower under control to repeat.

Nice follow up Albert. Really informative.
