Best weight loss support

It seems there are so many weight loss services out there (specialized weight loss centers like Jenny Craig, programs like Weight watchers, personal weight loss coaches, fitness challenges, etc.). What would you recommend as being the most effective support and why? Thanks!
 
I don't think that's an answerable question to be honest as it's going to depend on the person. But if I were forced to send my mother to a mass marketed, generalized program... I'd choose Weight Watchers. Thankfully that's NOT a choice I have to make. Nowadays it's much easier to access individualized coaching so people don't have to rely on the mass marketed machines that are WW, JC, etc,
 
Yes Steve, you are right, it's really depends on person. But I prefer regular exercise. Because Exercise can increase metabolism, or how many calories you burn in a day. It can also help you maintain and increase lean body mass, which also helps increase number of calories you burn each day.
