Sport best weight loss diet

Sport Fitness
Ok, years back, I started Weight Watchers & lost a lot of weight..so much I got carried away & went from 125 to a too thin 102. I'm only 5ft 3.

Somewhere along the line of 5 years, I have been jumping from 110-115. It's making me annoyed since I used to have so much will power & now I lost it! I eat about 8 times a day..usually about 1200 calories total. My problem is that I love to walk & I don't mind lifting weights, but I work so much that I usually can only go to the gym about 4 times a week. I feel like a skinny fat person! I'm not toned at all. Can someone analyze me food habits? I don't know if I'm eating too many carbs? I just cannot get down to the weight I used to be even though I try to eat healthy! What gives??

5:30 AM : Usually a Mango/Pineapple or Strawberries Coffe w/ Stevia & Creamer

8:30 am: Some fruit or a vegetable like brussel sprouts ( I know its weird!0

12: Salad w/ tuna or Grilled Chicken Balsamic Vinegar

2pm: Light String Cheese

4pm: Yogurt or another vegetable like cucumber slices

6: Egg whites with mushrooms, low fat cheese, low calorie bacon & vegetables.

8pm if I'm starving, I'll have ahalf of a protein bar or a small slow fat protein shake.

More protein and a regular strenth training routine. You need to add muscle (if you are a skinny fat person) and to do that you need to eat more calories (but good calories). One way to do that is more protein.

So to build muscle- eat a surplus of GOOD calories and strength training 9lift heavy weight and low reps). You will not bulk up to look like a guy.

Yes I agree with Lynn. More protein, you should eat some at each meal. Also be sure you are drinking lots of water. Good luck :)
