Best way to lose weight?

Ok, so I'm a 19 year old girl and I want to lose weight. I currently weigh about 11st and am looking to slim down. The area I hate most are my love handles! I want already do quite a lot of exercise, a half hour jog every couple of days and I do quite a lot of sit up but it doesn't seem to be working. I just want to know if there is some sort of program I can follow that will help me to lose weight effectively and especially target my love handles if that's possible? I don't want to partake in any extreme diets and I realise that I have posted in the "Weight Loss Through Exercise" section but there's no point posting in two forums so even some general advice like "eat less salt" or something would help. But really, I'm looking for most detail on the exercise I can do that will help me lose weight the fastest.

Instead of jogging every few days, start jogging just about everyday. I know you said you don't want to go on an extreme diet, and you don't really have to but remember that diet is critical. Try to avoid processed foods, food high in sodium, etc. As far as exercises that targets your love handles, do things like side planks, v-ups (where you're lifting your upper body like a sit-up and lifting your legs at the same time so your body gets a "v" shape each rep), and windshield wipers (2 ways: one is start from push-up push up position and jump your feet from one side to the next. Two is lay on your back, lift your legs straight up and move them as far as you can left then back up and go as far as you can right over and over. Called windshield wipers because thats what your body looks like while doing them). Add those exercises to the ones you're doing now and you should start to see a difference.
 
I highly recommend HIIT training to help you burn the most calories during and after your workout. Just Google it if you are not sure what HIIT is. You can get some great workout DVDs that are based on HIIT training so that you don't have to try and make up the exercises yourself.

Also, eat little and often - 5 to 6 small meals a day.

Go online and use a weight loss calorie calculator to work out how many calories you should be eating to lose weight.

Eat protein with every meal and keep carbs to a minimum after lunch.

Don't over do fruit - it's healthy but full of sugar.

Keep away from processed and junk food.

Watch your portion control

Watch your alcohol intake - it's very high in calories

There are heaps of great diet plans online. Once you have figured out how many calories you should be eating just Google "xxxx calorie diet plan" and there'll be heaps of examples for you to look at.

You are doing a good thing by jogging, but don't jog just to jog. Set some goals in regards to your exercises and push yourself to break those goals. The weight will come off as a side effect of working hard

1.Eat more vegetables and fruits

2.Drink more water

3.Exercise everyday

4.Walking for 30 minutes daily
