Best way to lose fat in face

What is the best cardio to lose fat in your face and not have chubby cheeks? Running, swimming, jump rope...? PLease tell me, because i have notice that my face has gotten much chubbier in the past weeks and i need to slim down pretty fast.

I really think that any calorie burning cardio will help your overall fat. All of those you mentioned are good. You may be retaining water, if your main problem is weight you see in your face. Have you been eating too much salt recently?

I would also be concerned about a health problem if this "weight" you're talking about came on suddenly or is very noticeable. If it's edema (lots of swelling, all over) you should contact your doctor.

Have you stepped on a scale? Have you put on any weight? If you haven't, maybe your face is just changing, it happens to everyone as they get older.

you all should have learned it until now that there is no way to lose weight in a certain body part the body choose where to lose weight and when, you cant decide that

Not necessarily, if you work out by doing crunches, you are working on your stomach muscle. Hence you lose fat in that particular of the body.

Push-ups=upper body workout.
Running=overall body workout.

Not true... You don't just burn fat from the abs, and by doing crunches, you don't burn that much fat anyway. It burns a minimal amount which wouldn't be noticeable, according to the book Weight Training for Dummies.

Yes, it is common knowledge, you cannot spot reduce. People come to me all the time and ask, "how can I get rid of this?" (refering to either their stomach or back of the arms). I can give you exercises to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles that lie underneath, but you still need to get rid of what is over top of those muscles, the fat. Weight loss is a combination of 3 things: modification of your diet, cardiovascular exercise, and strength training.

Thats True, your body is a very intelligent storage device. Like you cant decide which cluster to store a paricular file on your HD. Your body decides both storing fats and burning fats from different parts. Doing Abb Crunches doesnt really burn ab fat. It trains the abs, and kinda tone them.

i do a daily (early every morning before i eat) 2 mile run, 50 leglifts or crunches, and 50 pushups or reverse pushups. and while it doesnt spot reduce fat it works great as an overall way to exercise, IMO. do that daily and you wont have a problem with a facial fat or anywhere else as long as you eat a decent diet.
