I am aiming to lose 50 lbs in time to move across the country. But I just want to know if anyone has advice or weekly schedules that I could do to obtain this. I am able to go to a gym just about everyday, but I don't really have a workout schedule, so that'd be helpful. Also I do participate in herballife meal replacements. I feel I already eat healthy but if anyone has suggested meal plans I'm all ears too. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks!
