Best way supplement for fat burning and gaining muscle

I was wondering what you guys would consider to be the best overall fat burning/cutting pill/powder. I don't want to lose any muscle mass but want something that I could take to help burn bodyfat. Thanks

lift less but heavier, eat well and train well

no pill or supplement can come close to what you can do yourself already

L-Carnitine, 2000MG devided into two doses per day. For every 30 days supplementing with L-Carnitine, take a 1 week off break.

Carnitine is mainly used to transport Fatty acids into cells and the Mitochondria. and also (to some degree) increases the rate of which the liver "oxidizes" fats.
Among other things it has been shown (to one level or another) Raise HDL,Lower Blood Triglycerides. over all it is wise to use in when trying to loose weight.

However Do not go and expect to loose weight just by popping a pill, Yes it will help you loose weight and faster at that(to some degree), but its only as affective as your diet and work ethic.

First you need to make sure you training and diet are in order. You need to burn more
calories than you're consuming.

I personally like Myochem’s CEE-MYO CE2X 6080. I started taking the CE2X about 3 weeks after I starting weight training and have noticed WEEKLY gains in strength and overall muscle size.

I believe that anyone can see steady gains with proper nutrition and exercise, but I don’t honestly believe that I would have been able to see my bench press increase 60 Ibs, in 2.5 months without the added help from Myochem’s CEE-MYO CE2X 6080! This is a product worthy of every penny paid and one that has found a home on my shelves!!!

I like this answer the best. to cut fat while keeping muscle, eat enough protein, cut carbs, don't cut calories too low, and lift heavier weight, since that tricks the body into keeping muscle mass...since you keep using those muscles.

going with high reps and light weight is a good way to lose muscle mass on a cutting phase.

some people make good strength (but not size) gains on a cut because they start lifting heavy.

So let's say I gain some weight/mass and plan on cutting my BF% from the low/mid teens, then I should focus on doing low reps of high weight to maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss?
