Best Treadmill Recommended?

Hi all.

New to this forum but not forums in general.

I am looking to purchase a treadmill in the near future and would like to be economical but at the same time not purchase something too cheap. I would like to spend less than $1,000.00 for a treadmill.

I've started looking at Proform treadmills. One model, the 840 sells for about $849.00.

Any recommendations from runners out there who own a treadmill. Which do you like best and how much did it run you? Or what would you recommend for someone in my position?

Well i have a proform 585qs that i have had for over 6 years and it has never given me a problem i paid 600 for it my brother just got a proform a couple weeks ago and its running like a champ i would definately reccomend proform i have a weight bench by them witch has also lasted me years in my opinion you cant go wrong with proform and one thing to keep in mind is that nordic trak is the same brand as proform just higher end.
