Best time to drink a shake? Creatine?

I usually work out at school in between or after classes. Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri.

I think that its best to take the shake soon after working out but thats kinda hard sometimes. On Monday and Friday I eat lunch right after I get home from the gym, so i can't fit it in there. would the morning, afternoon or a few hours after dinner be best? (i usually workout right before or after lunch)
basically what are the optimal times and what are the best alternatives if I can't take it then?

Well if your eating a good protein/carb meal post workout, than you dont need a shake. I sometimes take my shake with food because the whey/dextrose/water mix just doesnt fill me sometimes. Something like chicken/rice or tuna/rice is a great pwo meal.
 
Take your creatine after your workout, cos thats when its needed (you cant use the creatine you take untill your body had a need for it)

Try to take it around the same time every day as you normaly would if your not working out.
 
after u work out n take creatine.. does tat goes for all creatine monohydrates? someone told that for the no explode creatine you have to take its before you workout, cuz it help and give u a boost. if you take it after won't there be no use for it?

The best time for your body to absorb and utilize creatine is right after working out, where there is a "window" because your body is depleted of most nutrients.
