All Prot' shakes are discusting!!!
BUT
4 or 5 x whole eggs (27.6g) + 3 servings of milkshake powder (i use Milo which is 9.9g for 3 servings) and 400ml of light milk (16g) will give you 53.5g of protein alone in one shake....
Not to mention, they taste 10 times better than commercial protein shakes, i even have got my 16yo sister on to them who doesnt do any sort of fitness training (lazy eh?) who just drinks it for the taste. Little does she know that its made with eggs hehe.
Oh yeah, its cheaper to

I don't mean to call you out. I have friends who are dietetics and we argue all the time on this very subject. I def. believe the body can handle more than 30 grams per sitting, just from my personal experience.
