Sport Best Supplements to Cut?

Sport Fitness
Im thinking about buying some supplements to cut, since I begin cutting this week. I was wondering which would you guys recommend? I workout 3x a week, im 17, 185 pounds, looking for a good cutting supplement :) Thanks in advance guys!

Unless you wanna start taking caffiene suppliments then there are none.

Post up your diet, and if it looks good I have a suggestion. But without a good diet it doesn't matter how many pills you take

I wasnt thinking of a specific diet. Not specific meals in a day. But around 2000 cals a day, and it would usually look like:

Meal 1: Breakfast
Oatmeal, cereal or a whole wheat sandwich (99% fat free ham, fat free cheese... Or tuna)

Meal 2: Snack
Whole wheat Sandwich (99% fat free ham and fat free cheese, or tuna)

Meal 3: Lunch
Rice, beans, some light meat. Posibly tuna. [I eat alot of tuna ^.^]

[workout]

Meal 4: Postworkout shake
Banana[or some other fruit]+100%whey+Skim Milk

Meal 5: Post Postworkout
Rice, grilled chicken, beans
Rice, Tuna

Meal 6: Snack (Protein+Fat)
Peanuts

Meal 7: Before bed snack
String Cheese

What do you guys think about the diet? I could also add, some days, a protein bar with 140 cals, 10g of protein, Looking for suggestions... Thanks in advance!

*I had been thinking about Hydroxycut... or Hydroxycut Hardcore... Opinions?

I would see where the diet takes you before investing money into a pill. Could save yourself some dough to be used later when bulking.

For meal 6, I would add some cottage cheese, theres just not enough protein in peanuts. Look into walnuts as well, I believe they are about 90% good fats.

Whats your current height/weight? I would think you may need more calories even when cutting.

What about the diet? Looks good? Do I need more calories? I dont want my body to be goin into starvation mode... While bulking, i wasnt taking 4000 or 3500 calories a day, i was consuming MAX 3000. So i dont think it shoudl be goin into Starvation... Opinion?

Way to much bread, needs veggies, too much soy (beans), too much tuna (heavy metals), and not enough protein.

Your main source of carbs should be potatos and brown rice. And bread should be a treat, not a staple.

When is the best time to consume my veggies? Maybe during a day a salad? Some steamed veggies at night? The bread is only going to be used in the snak... a tuna or ham&cheese sandwich. My usual breakfast is oatmeal. Sandwiches are when i have no time to prepare my oats. During the day I could add more veggies, maybe to my post post workout meal. I usually have some fresh tomatoe with my tuna also. Is eating alot of tuna bad? And how would u recommend I get more protein?

Veggies at every possible meal. More protein from lean meats. Throw a scoop of vanilla whey into your oatmeal.
