Im looking to get bigger but do not know where to start. Im a 5'6" male and weigh only about 125-130lb's. My metabolism is very fast and it is hard for me to gain weight no matter how hard i try. Since I have started working out I have seen some results but I want more. I have not taken any sort of protein or weight gainer yet. Im looking to gain muscle mass but also weight. The worker at my local health store recommended True-Mass but talking to other people I heard of different ideas. One of my friends who could'nt gain weight easily like myself told me to not even bother with a weight gainer but just to take normal protein and amino acid pills. I am still stuck and also new to doing this so I figured that I would come here for help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
