Best Resistance Training Home Equipment?

I'm trying to find the best resistance trainer for my home. I live in an apartment and space is VERY limited. Also, I'm a student so I'm pretty broke. I have a job but I want something relatively inexpensive without sacrificing too much quality.

Tell me about equipment you use and how well it works to give a total body workout.

The thing I currently am most interested in is something called MyGym. It looks simple, easy to use, not TOO expensive (although it does seem like a lot to me for such a simple thing), but also light and small. I would like some feedback on that if anyone has used it.

Thanks!

Try this. It is like the TotalGym but much cheaper. I have had it for a few months and get one of the best workouts of my life.

Sorry Malkore, I have to advise to stay away from Sports Authority. I ordered mats from them and they screwed up the order, bungled the return process by neglecting it, twice and once they got the stuff back, they screwed up the accounting for the number of pieces. Four blunders on one order. That company is bigtime incompetent.

Thanks for the suggestion -- I just found out my mom has a Total Gym and she doesn't use it, so I'm gonna take it. Problem solved. :)
