Best regimen to burn fat

Hey everyone, I just signed up for this forum today, and it's great.

My running schedule as of right now, looks like this:
Mon--4 miles
Tues--HIIT, 30 mins.
Wed--2 miles
Thurs--HIIT, 30 mins.
Fri--4 miles
Sat--4 miles
Sun--HIIT, 30 mins.

I was wondering what are some suggestions to switch things up to maximize fat burning? Any help is appreciated thanks.
 
You need at least one day of rest in there to let your body recover... how about friday and sunday are off days... change friday to a weight lifting day... and sunday is totaly off... just relax...

I'm sure the experts will chime in with better ideas... but for sure you need some rest in there...
 
Yeah add in atelast one full rest day where you dont do any kind of work out other than walking and breathing. Giving your body a fulld ay to recover goes along way to over all health.
 
Yeah I definately will. Any suggestions as to regimens that maximize fat burn?
