Best Plan for me?

I am 16, about 210 lbs at 5foot 10 inches. I have accesses to a gym 1ce maybe 2ce a week max. i eat anything. I am highly motivated, and i want to be healthy. Set diet plans seem easier to follow than 'eating right and excercising' Any ideas?

So long as your calories used are less than calories eaten you will loose weight. The greater the gap the more you use (3500 calorie deficet is 1lb lost). Dont eat less than 1200 cal a day (for girls) though or your body will go into starvation mode (1800 for guys)
