If you're bulking you should train less so your body has more time to grow. You're metablolism is probably very high cuz of your age so you need burning too much energy will not help.

Alright. I've been drinking skim just cause i never changed after my last cut. But i think im going to change to whole for this bulking to try it. And my workouts have lots rest. Morning session is usually my muscle group of the day and afternoons consist of abs and yoga/stretching. I don't like to do abs with my main workout. I just think that when both muscle groups need repairing my anabolic is shared along with nutrients. so i split it up. Seem like a good plan?
Be carefull with whole milk. Do some research on it before you buy it cuz ive heard that it can take some time to get used to and may make you sick. Dont quote me on that, but look into it first.
