Okay so I am on a bulking cycle.

Whats the best type of milk?

And what is the best amount to drink a day?

Keep in mind i work out twice a day 5 days a week.
 
If you're bulking you should train less so your body has more time to grow. You're metablolism is probably very high cuz of your age so you need burning too much energy will not help.

Ive heard whole milk is great, but i use 1%.

Alright. I've been drinking skim just cause i never changed after my last cut. But i think im going to change to whole for this bulking to try it. And my workouts have lots rest. Morning session is usually my muscle group of the day and afternoons consist of abs and yoga/stretching. I don't like to do abs with my main workout. I just think that when both muscle groups need repairing my anabolic is shared along with nutrients. so i split it up. Seem like a good plan?
 
Haha, I have heard that alot from skim milk drinkers.
