Sport Best Meal Replacement Shake

Met-RX and Myoplex are both a good MRP.

My experience with MRP's is that they are usually so thick, unless you have a blender, you're not going to enjoy them. I like Met-rx chocolate, but again I would have rather not bought them.

You are a weird weird individual. lol your own meal replacement shake lol. Silly Abear trix are for kids.

LOL. beats buying a cheap shake made with maltodextrin and thinking its quality calories.

ppl have been doing this for years, its not something i came up with ;)

I took Lv's advice cause he looks to be in great shape and he is cool. I got Myoplex carb sense Vanilla cream. Yum going to try it in the blender later. Anyway should I use water or skim milk?
