i've never seen a jelly that wasn't full of added sugar, and no fiber.
honestly, a pb&j sandwich is not a good meal. most bread sucks as far as nutrition goes, and jelly is just fruit that's been processed into non-fruit and sugar.
if you can find a no-sugar-added jar of 'preserves' that's as good as you'll get.
I eat my peanut butter in oatmeal, or on a spoon.
