Best fat burner supplements as my weight loss has levelled off?

Hi, I've lost 17lb over the last few months but the last few weeks things seemed to have levelled off. I've tried mixing up my gym routing and my diet (not much left to cut out though!) as I know your body gets used to things, but I'm getting really frustrated.

Previously I've used a couple of different fat burners (Grenade most recently) and had pretty decent results to get things kick-started again but I don't know what the best ones on the market are these days. Every description has it as the world's best, strongest, etc, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations based on personal experience?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Have you tried cutting back your carbs? I find that when those last pounds won't come off, a high protein and low carb diet really helps. Try having one small portion of carbs in the morning such as a slice of wholegrain toast and for the rest of the day, you should have proteins, salads and veg.

Go easy on the fruit though - stick to fruits like apples and pears as these help to keep you fuller for longer because of their high fiber content and have no more than 3 portions of fruit daily as fruit sugars can also prevent weight loss.

As for supplements, I would suggest trying natural green tea supplements and drinking green tea rather than taking pills - they are much better for you and are a natural metabolism booster.

Good luck!

Fat burner supplements are not at all reliable, most of the products gives side effects which is seen after a while.. supplements such as ephedrine may start giving you mild or extreme side effects, this give seizures and even heart palpitation which are very fatal.. i would suggest go with the natural way of reducing your weight..

I found green tea to be an excellent fat burner I also added chillis to my chicken meals just to boost my metabolism even more.

You can't count on a "fatburner" to do the trick by itself....although there are some great products out there right now (Oxyelite is one of the best IMO), maybe try a small dose of it along with carb cycling (which usually, in and of itself, jump starts the body and helps break through the plateau). That, paired with OEP and you should get the extra kick of energy and focus along with tricking your body that will help drop those last few lbs

You should try the PAGG stack recommended in Tim Ferriss's new book.

It's a natural stack using:

Policosanol: 20-25mg
Alpha-Lipoic Acid: 100-300mg
Green Tea Flavanols (EGCG): 325mg
Garlic Extract: 200mg

You take the second three supplements with each meal and the policosanol with the other 3 supplements before bed.

He claims it is great and safe.

u might experience acid reflux symptoms with alpha-lipoic acid, so if u did dont exceed 100 MG...thats what happend to me, and alot claim just as much..

this give seizures and even heart palpitation which are very fatal..
Is there such a thing as mildly fatal? :)

Your best long term fat burner is muscle, lift heavy and eat lots of protein and good fats.
As for suppliments, ephedrine works well and although it has pretty extreme sides Clenbuterol works amazingly well with a calorie restricted diet

phentermine is the best supplements to reduce the weight so you can use ti without hesitation and without any side effect. Take the certain dose of the phentermine under the supervision of the doctors.

Whatever you take just make sure you check the side effects and ingredients because a lof of the stuff out there can be harmful. Drink lots of water and eat too when taking stuff.

My go to fat burner is Lipo 6 Ultra Concentrate, be careful when taking these they are very potent and you only need one pill a day. Make sure they are the Ultra Concentrate and not the regular Lipo 6. Take pill alone and then eat half and hour later. They give you energy w/o the jitters. Chk out the reviews
