I'm only interesting in hearing from people that had to put in the work to get six packs. Not naturals, athletes, or anyone that pretty much had them and put in minimal work to achieve them.
I'm trying to tweak my Abs workout to maximize my chances of getting the much sought after six pack.
Here are the following things I've tried to do or have been told.
1. Abs workout every other day for about 20 minutes or so.
2. Abs workout five days a week and resting for two with at least 30 minutes of Abs work.
3. Abs work three to four times a week with at least 20 mins or more each day of cardio.
4. Heavy Abs work every day with at least 30 minutes of work.
5. Light Abs work twice a week with heavy cardio five to six times a week.
So those that had to put in the work to get those sought after albs. Which works best?
Need some solid, not assumed, direction on this.
