best exercies for me??

hey guys.. i m 19 years old and i m 5'2. i have a small breast and little bit flat hips and i want to make it bigger also i have so much fat on belly with i wanna cut it up.:confused: if you guys know any exercises to make it in good shape. please let me know...

start by doing cardio 3 days per week for upto 45 minutes per session at 80% of your MHR.

After a couple of weeks of this, add some weights on off-cardio days if you like.

The key to your belly is diet. Eat 5-7 smaller meals throughtout the day and drink 90 ounces of water daily. BTW - don't drink more than ~8 oz. per 30 minutes. Finally, drop ALL trans fats, because they are your culprit.

Get more active! Enjoy life kiddo... 'Cause there is lots of it ahead of ya!

- Try eating 5 times a day – you will have something in your stomach and will not starve.
- Make sure not to stay hungry, as then it is most likely to stuff yourself with food and your body will react by building extra stock of the nutritional substances you deprived it of.


The types of food I eat often are (this IS my diet plan):

- Plenty of fresh vegetable salads.
- Some fruit.
- Rice mainly during the day.
- Chocolate – once or twice a week.
- Cheese and vegetables sandwich.
- Milk.
- Cheese.
- Eggs.
- Fish.
- Nuts – I like almonds and hazelnuts most.
- Oat flakes.
- Lentils.

If you want to lose weight, your diet should be:
Baked meat (fish) and fresh salad 5 times a day. Eating only this every day will cause losing weight.

If you are a vegetarian:
Eat fresh salad and milk or
salad and nuts or
salad and eggs or
salad and brown bread,
5 times a day.

Do not take in more than ½ pound (200 grams) of the basic food (meat, fish, milk, eggs, etc.) per meal and eat as much salad as you wish. Do not put dressing on the salad but use only salt, vinegar and olive oil.

Add to Diet workout routines - for all body parts.

So a healthy varied diet is not the way to lose weight then? no veg, fruit, nuts, animal fats, milk, carbs etc etc etc

yeah, add some extra salt into your diet, thats the secret we've been missing all these years. to hell with blood pressure and heart problems.

and why list the food you eat (varied, sounds quite attractive) and then throw in foods you 'should' eat?????

This is the sort of crap that starts people off with paranoia and fear of eating a decent, balanced diet. she's 19 years old and needs to enjoy what she is about to start doing, not feel like a lab experiment.
