best exercies for me??

hey... i m 19 and i m 5ft and 2 inch tall. i want to be in perfect shape. i have reallt small breast and flat hips:( and i want to make it bigger also i have so much fat on belly with i wanna cut it up. also i m short and i heard after 17 or 18, girls cant gain hight. but if you know anything that could increase my hight please let me ok. so please please please please do let me know if you have any solution for this.

5'2 isn't bad at all.
 
Girl relax i'm 5 foot and 27 so no chance of growing then. Just workout and accept yourself....I'm sur eyou are lovely and 5,2 you are so lucky....
 
5'2 Isn't All That Short, Now 4'11 Is I'm 5'3 And Sometimes I Feel Really Tall, But I'm Also Hispanic And All My Aunts And Uncles Are Like 5 Ft Or 4'11 So Being Around Them Makes Me Feel Taller Just Accept Yourself And Know That You Are Beautiful No Matter What. :)

why not go to basketball classes? There is no proven evidence that this sport helps to make you higher, but I think this can only benefit you - you have nothing to loose :)

The other positive is that basktball is cardio workout and this will influence your abs, legs and butt.

The negative is that you will be surounded with very tall people, but may be this wll help you to accept yourself faster :)

Enjoy your youth and don't stress any attention to your height.
 
5ft 2 isnt that short,im only 5ft 5 myself
