Hello , i am 16 and a bit chubby.
I quit rugby last year because i am not strong enough to lift in the lineouts (50KG max) and wasn't fit enough to play a 'fast' position etc. I want to get faster, fitter and stronger , and have a good consistent routine running for september when the new season starts.
My exercising is good , i get motivation to go on the treadmill (weather is terrible in northern ireland so forced indoors) and do some pressups.
But my family is fat! and after i come in i have nothing but crisps.white bread, cheese etc and i feel like i'm giving it all back, i don't weigh myself as i feel it's counter productive.
So i have money to buy healthy food with but don't have a clue! i will be working out 60-90 minutes a day, about 5 times a week. The aim is to get fit, leaner, and stronger (maybe a 6 pack too?!?!)
So can anyone direct me to any kind of long term plan for this sort of thing, i'm going to have to learn to cook for myself which is also exciting. Which foods should i be avoiding and be eating? I don't want to be unappreciating but i don't want just 1 or 2 foods because that would be pretty repetitive over 9 months!
Thanks in advance
